国有经济是一种按照各国经济发展方向和水平而发展起来的经济,它并不是任何一种社会形态和经济制度下所特有的产物,而是普遍存在于世界各国之中的经济现象。在中国的范围之内,我们必须充分认识到国有经济在发展社会主义市场经济中的巨大作用。在国内经济发展过程中,随着经济理论逐渐深化,实践经验更加丰富,只有充分加强国有企业的经济管理,充分运用国有经济的优势,才能有效地发展国有企业,增强国有经济对国民经济的调控能力。
The state-owned economy is an economy developed in accordance with the direction and level of economic development of all countries. It is not a peculiar product of any social form or economic system, but an economic phenomenon that is ubiquitous in all countries in the world. Within the scope of China, we must fully recognize the great role of state-owned economy in developing a socialist market economy. In the process of domestic economic development, with the gradual deepening of economic theory and more practical experience, only by fully strengthening the economic management of state-owned enterprises and making full use of the advantages of state-owned economy can we effectively develop state-owned enterprises and enhance the control of the state-owned economy on the national economy ability.
