依法治国理念下,培养什么样的人才是当下中国法学教育中的前置性问题,因为目标定向直接影响与决定了法律本科人才培养的质与量。在表象上,在各种版本的培养计划中,这一原则性问题似乎已得到解决,但是源于区域、环境、综合实力、境界等方面的原因,目标问题并没有得到较好的解决。立于国内与国际的双层视角来剖析具有规范性的法学本科人才培养目标,对于我国法学教育的意义是不言而喻的。
Under the concept of governing the country according to law, what kinds of talents are cultivated is the frontal issue in current law education in China, because the goal orientation directly affects and decides the quality and quantity of legal undergraduate education. On the surface, this principle issue seems to have been resolved in various versions of the training plan. However, the target issue has not been solved well for reasons of regional, environmental, comprehensive strength and realm. It is self-evident to analyze the normative objectives of law undergraduate education based on the dual perspective of domestic and international studies.
