利用快中子透射法和散射法研究管道口径在62.0mm~126.5mm范围内对测量输油管道油垢厚度响应的影响。实验装置由中子源、中子探测器和微机多道谱仪组成。结果表明:在透射法中,随着管道口径的增加,检测输油管道油垢的灵敏度减小,线性相关系数的平均值为0.993 0,测量精度平均为0.698 4mm。在散射法中,应用指数拟合的结果较好,将数据线性处理,取线性区间,结果显示,随着管道口径增加,线性区间在增大,线性相关系数的平均值为0.958 3,平均测量精度为0.625 7mm。实验结果对进一步开展快中子检测输油管道油垢厚度的研究有一定的指导作用。
Using fast neutron transmission method and scattering method to study the influence of pipeline caliber in the range of 62.0mm ~ 126.5mm on measuring the grease thickness response of oil pipeline. Experimental apparatus consists of neutron source, neutron detector and computer multi-channel spectrometer. The results show that in the transmission method, with the increase of the pipe diameter, the sensitivity of detecting grease in the oil pipeline decreases. The average of the linear correlation coefficient is 0.993 0, and the average precision is 0.698 4 mm. In the scattering method, the application of exponential fitting better, the data linear processing, taking the linear range, the results show that as the pipe diameter increases, the linear interval increases, the average linear correlation coefficient of 0.958 3, the average measurement Accuracy of 0.625 7mm. The experimental results have some guidance on the further development of fast neutron detection oil pipeline grease thicknesses.
