波兰边防总局日前说,加入申根协定后,垃圾处理费用的较大差异促使大量垃圾从德国非法流入波兰,而波边境地区一些地方政府则要为处理这些“进口”垃圾埋单。
The Polish Border Protection Agency said recently that after the Schengen Agreement was added, the large differences in waste disposal costs caused a large amount of garbage to illegally flow into Poland from Germany, and some local governments in the border areas of Poland had to pay for these “imported” garbage.
