中关村国防科技园A栋综合楼是一栋特点鲜明的平面细腰形高层建筑,采用传统框架-剪力墙结构扭转效应明显,建筑四角框架成为第一道抗震防线,结构体系存在安全隐患。通过计算对比分析,确定采用局部屈曲约束支撑框架与位于平面细腰部位的混凝土筒体组成的框架-剪力墙结构体系。设计过程中对屈曲约束支撑的布置原则、抗震性能改善效果及连接节点的抗震性能进行了详细的分析,对一些关键构件明确了加强措施。分析结果表明,屈曲约束支撑减震技术与传统混凝土结构体系有机结合,有效地改善了结构性态,提高了整体结构的抗扭、抗震性能。

Through the comparative analysis of calculation, the frame-shear wall structure system consisting of the local buckling restrained support frame and the concrete cylinder located in the thin waist area is determined. During the design process, the arrangement principle of buckling restraint brace, the aseismic performance improvement effect and the aseismic performance of joints are analyzed in detail, and the strengthening measures are clarified for some key components. The analysis results show that the buckling-restrained brace damping technology and the traditional concrete structure system are combined organically to effectively improve the structural behavior and improve the torsional and seismic performance of the whole structure.
