目的建立藏药熏倒牛中木犀草素及槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,以SB-C_(18)为填充剂,甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(48∶52)为流动相,检测波长为350 nm,建立了一种可同时测定藏药熏倒牛药材中木犀草素与槲皮素含量的方法。结果木犀草素回归方程为Y=8.97×10~7X+1.06×10~5(R=0.999 9,n=5),线性范围为6.08~36.48μg/m L,平均加样回收率为97.69%,RSD为1.56%;槲皮素回归方程为Y=6.91×10~7X+7.77×10~3(R=0.999 8,n=5),线性范围为2.56~19.2μg/m L,平均加样回收率为98.31%,RSD为1.41%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于同时测定熏倒牛中木犀草素、槲皮素的含量及药材质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of luteolin and quercetin in Tibetan medicated cattle. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. The mobile phase consisted of SB-C_ (18) filler and methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (48:52) Method for Simultaneous Determination of Luteolin and Quercetin in Herbal Medicinal Herbs. Results The regression equation of luteolin was Y = 8.97 × 10 ~ 7X + 1.06 × 10 ~ 5 (R = 0.999 9, n = 5) and the linear range was 6.08 ~ 36.48μg / m L with the average recovery of 97.69% , And the RSD was 1.56%. The regression equation of quercetin was Y = 6.91 × 10-7X + 7.77 × 10-3 (R = 0.999 8, n = 5) with a linear range of 2.56-19.2μg / m L The recovery was 98.31% with a RSD of 1.41%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the simultaneous determination of luteolin and quercetin in medicated cattle and the quality control of medicinal materials.
