基于社会网络分析方法,以江苏为例,构建装备制造企业创新网络并对网络结构特征进行研究,发现江苏装备制造业还没有形成关系紧密的创新网络;通过考察网络中间中心度,发现高校在创新网络中处于核心位置;基于结构洞理论发现苏南地区高校院所与企业占据核心位置的数量多于苏中、苏北地区;用多元回归检验主体间联系对企业产品创新和过程创新的影响,发现处于高结构洞和中心度位置企业对产品创新有正向影响,处于低结构洞位置的企业对过程创新有负向影响,处于低中心度位置的企业对过程创新有不显著的正向影响,同时,企业在创新网络中的位置更多影响的是企业的创新潜力。

The enterprises in the low-structural hole position have a negative impact on the process innovation. The enterprises in the low-center position have no significant positive impact on the process innovation At the same time, the location of the firm in the innovation network is more affected by the innovation potential of the firm.
