一、引言对地方工业政策的分析,可以帮助我们从各方面研究科学技术政策,并为制订新的政策模式提供依据,如有关地区生活质量的数据或地区经济发展的数据。工业生产率和企业创新应直接关系到建设定点或该地区是否进入工业企业网络中的地方性团体或现存的工业联合体。
I. Introduction The analysis of local industrial policies can help us to study science and technology policies from all aspects and provide a basis for formulating new policy models such as data on the quality of life in the relevant regions or data on the economic development in the region. Industrial productivity and business innovation should have a direct bearing on the construction of localities or on whether or not the area has access to local groups or existing industrial complexes in the industrial enterprise network.
