机床特点: 1)在手动和电机驱动150毫米的全行程上、能够高精度地上下移动。保证了大的开档高度。 2)高刚度的方型主轴(伺服运动的Z轴)能够在150毫米行程范围内反馈控制精度为2微米左右。 3)工作台采用了斜置滚柱导向的结构,可以实现高精度移动。以2微米为精度单位进行反馈控制。型号“27—NC”机床工作台具有伺服行程(x=270 Y=170)
