根据齿轮传动的有关理论,本文分别对齿面弹流动压润滑的油膜比厚γ,摩擦疲劳磨损寿命T_(ih)、接触疲劳磨损寿命T_(hn)与胶合安全系数S_(sint),编制了计算机程序并进行计算。在计算中利用角度变位正传动,适当调节程序的输入变量,可以达到提高传动中处于薄弱环节的小齿轮齿根表面抗磨损性能的目的。 本文通过对大量计算结果的统计与分析,提出为提高齿轮磨损寿命,建议按直角三角形法进行总变位系数的分配。
According to the related theories of gear transmission, this paper respectively compares the film thickness γ, the frictional wear life T ih, the contact fatigue wear life T hn and the bonding safety S sint, Computer programs and calculations. The use of positive displacement in the calculation of the angle of change, appropriate adjustments to the program input variables, can improve the drive in the weak link gear tooth root surface anti-wear performance purposes. In this paper, through statistics and analysis of a large number of calculation results, it is proposed that in order to improve the gear wear life, it is suggested that the distribution of the total deformation coefficient be carried out according to the right triangle method.
