The rheological properties of semi-solid ZA12 alloy were investigated by self-developed high-temperature coaxial double rheometer. The results show that the relationship between the shear stress and shear time of semi-solid alloy is related to the solid fraction and shear Rate related. In addition, semi-solid alloy syrups exhibit different fluid characteristics under both steady-state and transient conditions
