学习目标的设定是影响学习者进行自主学习的重要因素之一,对自主学习进行定位、协调和组织。本文重点探讨了教师如何对中学生进行目标设定能力的培训,指导他们在学会区分与学习目标有关的概念的基础上,了解设定学习目标的复杂性,了解如何设定具体、明晰的学习目标,了解如何根据“学习需要”设定学习目标,了解如何陈述学习目标,了解如何把复杂的学习目标分解成具体的、可操作的目标,从而把学习目标转化为可完成的学习任务。
