大数据与智慧旅游的结合成为近几年社会关注热点,也是未来旅游产业的发展重点。散客已经成为新时期旅游市场的主体,明确大数据与智慧旅游之间的关系将会为散客提供完善的旅游信息交流平台,保证散客获取到专业的服务,享受到优质的管理生活。本文详细介绍了二者关系和概念,并结合黔西和黔东南州智慧旅游的发展现状对比,提出政府相关部门应如何在大数据时代下发展黔东南州智慧旅游建议,希望能为相关部门及旅游企业提供一定经验参考。
The combination of big data and smart tourism has become a hot topic of social concern in recent years and also the focus of the tourism industry’s development in the future. FIT has become the mainstay of the tourism market in the new era. It is clear that the relationship between big data and smart tourism will provide FIT with a platform for exchanging tourist information, and ensure FIT obtain professional services and enjoy high-quality management life. This paper introduces the relationship and concept between the two in detail. Combining with the development status quo of the wisdom tourism in Qianxi and Qiandongnan prefecture, this paper puts forward how the relevant government departments should develop the Qiandongnan wisdom tourism proposal in the big data era, Tourism companies to provide some experience for reference.
