目的 分析飞行人员现行海泳训练的效果,改进训练方法。方法 调查106名疗养飞行人员海泳训练后部分身体指标的变化。训练办法为每年夏季每天组织 2×100 m的蛙泳,连续训练 22 d,训练前后测心率、血压、体重和肺活量,进行比较分析。结果 锻炼后心率减慢,体表温度下降,血压降低,肺活量增加,体重降低。经统计分析,差异均具非常显著性意义。结论 此种训练方法较好,可提高飞行人员身体素质,有利于飞行工作。在条件许可时,应强调训练的个体化。
Objective To analyze the effect of current sea swimming training of pilots and to improve training methods. Methods The physical indexes of 106 health-care pilots after sea swimming training were investigated. The training method was to organize a 2 × 100-m breaststroke every summer and train continuously for 22 days. The heart rate, blood pressure, weight and vital capacity before and after training were compared and analyzed. Results After exercise, heart rate slowed down, body surface temperature decreased, blood pressure decreased, increased lung capacity, weight loss. After statistical analysis, the differences are very significant. Conclusion Such training method is better, can improve the physical quality of pilots, is conducive to flight work. When conditions permit, emphasis should be placed on the individualization of training.
