目的:探究青霉素预防兔有创操作术后感染发生的剂量病评估相应疗效。方法:96只新西兰大白兔随机等分成A、B、C三组,制作兔有创操作模型。术后连续青霉素肌注3天, A组40万U,1次/天,日1次换药; B组40万U,2次/天; C组40万U,1次/天。术后3周分层穿刺行细菌培养。结果:A、B、C三组分别有1、2、12只菌培养可见有菌落生长。经过统计学分析C组感染率明显高于A、B两组。同时三组分别有0、8、1只死亡, B组致死率明显高于A、C两组。结论:40万U青霉素1次/日加换药是预防兔有创操作术后感染的最好办法。“,”Objective: To investigate the Prophylactic dose and efficacy of penicilin on New Zealand white rabbits after Invasive operations. Methods : 96 healthy New Zeal-and white rabbits were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups.A rabbit model of invasive operations. After the operation, penicilin were intramuscularly injected for three days . For A group , penicilin was intramuscularly given at 400,000 U every day ,and the incision was dressing every day .For B group ,penicilinwas administered at 400,000 U twice daily .For C group ,penicilin was administered at 400,000 U everyday. Result: ForA, B, C group,there were respectively 1 ,2 ,12 bacterial culture colony growth. Conclusion: 400,000 U penicilin once time a day plus dressing is the best way to prevent rabbits,postoperative infection.
