高职教师职业能力是高职教育人才培养的关键,直接影响高职教育整体目标的实现,本文围绕高职教育特点和高职院校人才培养目标的要求,建构了由4个一级指标、26个二级指标组成的高职教师职业能力评价体系,确定了一级、二级评价指标的权重系数,为客观、全面、科学评价提供了方法,促进了教师职业能力的提高。
The vocational ability of higher vocational teachers is the key to cultivating talents in higher vocational education, which directly affects the realization of the overall goal of higher vocational education. Based on the characteristics of higher vocational education and the requirements of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, 26 second-level indicators of professional competence of vocational teachers evaluation system to determine the first and second-level evaluation index weight coefficient for objective, comprehensive and scientific evaluation provides a method to promote the improvement of teachers’ professional ability.
