目的探讨胃癌患者血清IL-27和IL-33的表达及其临床意义。方法检测胃癌患者(胃癌组,56例)和健康体检人群(对照组,48例)血清IL-27和IL-33表达量;免疫组化法检测胃癌组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达。分析血清IL-27和IL-33表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组患者血清IL-27和IL-33表达水平均高于对照组[(250.5±29.5)pg/ml vs.(100.3±16.0)pg/ml和(40.4±13.1)pg/ml vs.(31.3±8.6)pg/ml](P<0.01)。胃癌组有淋巴结转移患者的IL-27表达量高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。胃癌浸润深度T1、T2期的患者血清IL-33表达量较浸润深度T3、T4期的患者降低(P<0.05)。TNM分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的胃癌患者血清IL-33表达量低于TNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的患者(P<0.05)。胃癌患者血清IL-27高表达与组织中VEGF的阳性表达相关(r=0.82,P<0.05),而血清IL-33高表达与胃癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达无明显相关(r=0.18,P>0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清IL-27和IL-33表达异常升高。其血清IL-27表达量与淋巴结转移和肿瘤组织VEGF的阳性表达密切相关,血清IL-33表达量与肿瘤浸润深度和TNM分期有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum IL-27 and IL-33 in patients with gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of IL-27 and IL-33 in gastric cancer (56 cases) and healthy controls (48 cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of IL-27 and IL-33 in serum and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer was analyzed. Results The serum levels of IL-27 and IL-33 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(250.5 ± 29.5) pg / ml vs. (100.3 ± 16.0) pg / ml and (40.4 ± 13.1) pg / ml vs. 31.3 ± 8.6) pg / ml] (P <0.01). The expression of IL-27 in gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of IL-33 in patients with T1-T2 and T2-T2 gastric cancer invasion was significantly lower than that in patients with T3 and T4 invasion (P <0.05). The level of IL-33 in TNM stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ gastric cancer patients was lower than that in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ of TNM stage (P <0.05). The high expression of IL-27 in gastric cancer patients was correlated with the positive expression of VEGF (r = 0.82, P <0.05), while the high expression of IL-33 in serum did not correlate with the positive expression of VEGF in gastric cancer (r = 0.18, P > 0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of IL-27 and IL-33 in patients with gastric cancer are abnormally elevated. The expression of IL-27 in serum was closely related to lymph node metastasis and the positive expression of VEGF in tumor tissue. The expression of IL-33 in serum was related to the depth of tumor invasion and TNM staging.
