以吡啶偶氮类螯合剂为配体同时测定多种金属离子的高效液相色谱法研究虽有报道,但还未见应用4-(5-氯-2-吡啶偶氮)-1,3-二胺基苯(5-Cl-PADAB)为配体与重金属螯合并进行高效液相色谱分离的文献。本文试图用反相分离方式研究Fe(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)与5-Cl-PADAB螯合物的色谱保留行为并拟建立分离检测方法。研究结果表明,此方法能同时测定Fe(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ),3种离子的检出限分别为4×10~(-11)、4×10~(-11)和2×10~(-11)g。该方法可用于矿样和天然水样分析,尤适于Fe(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)的价态分析。
Although pyridine (azo) -based chelators have been used as ligands for the simultaneous determination of various metal ions by high performance liquid chromatography, there have been no reports of the use of 4- (5-chloro-2-pyridylazo) Diaminobenzene (5-Cl-PADAB) is a ligand-heavy metal chelate and high performance liquid chromatography separation of the literature. In this paper, we attempt to study the chromatographic retention behavior of Fe (Ⅱ), Co (Ⅱ), Fe (Ⅲ) and 5-Cl-PADAB chelates by reverse phase separation and establish a separation and detection method. The results show that the detection limits of Fe (Ⅱ), Co (Ⅱ), Fe (Ⅲ) and 3 kinds of ions are 4 × 10 ~ (-11) and 4 × 10 ~ (-11) And 2 × 10 ~ (-11) g. The method can be used for mineral sample and natural water sample analysis, especially for the valence analysis of Fe (Ⅱ) and Fe (Ⅲ).
