目的对绵萆薢根茎中的化学成分进行进一步的研究,为该植物资源开发利用提供依据。方法综合应用正相硅胶、反相ODS、大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及HPLC制备法对绵萆薢进行分离纯化,并利用理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从绵萆薢根茎体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了12个黄酮类化合物:7,4’-二羟基黄酮(1)、千层纸素A(2)、汉黄芩素(3)、黄芩苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷(5)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、高圣草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(7)、槲寄生新苷Ⅲ(8)、甘草苷(9)、芹糖甘草苷(10)、异甘草苷(11)和芒柄花苷(12)。结论在对绵萆薢根茎的化学成分进行研究的过程中,分离鉴定了12个黄酮苷类化合物。其中,化合物1~3、7、8、10~12为首次从薯蓣属植物中分离得到;化合物4~6、9为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To further study the chemical constituents in the rhizomes of Gracilaria euphorbiae and provide the basis for the exploitation and utilization of the plant resources. Methods The silica gel, reversed-phase ODS, macroporous adsorption resin, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC were used to separate and purify this product. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results Twelve flavonoids were isolated and identified from 70% ethanol extract of the root tuber of cottonfly. Seven flavonoids (7,4’-dihydroxyflavone (1), melatonin A (2), wogonin (3) (4), kaempferol-3-O-glucoside (5), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (6) D-glucopyranoside (7), Mistletoeine III (8), Glycyrrhizin (9), Celery glycyrrhizin (10), Isoliquiritigenin (11) Conclusion During the study on the chemical constituents of the roots of cotton catfish, 12 flavonoid glycosides were isolated and identified. Among them, compounds 1 ~ 3, 7, 8, 10 ~ 12 were isolated from the genus Dioscorea for the first time; compounds 4 ~ 6,9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
