目的:研究不同配伍对黄连解毒汤及其拆方中主要特征指纹峰的影响。方法:采用HPLC方法分析全方及不同拆方样品,色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%冰乙酸为流动相进行线性梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:40℃;UV检测波长:260 nm。结果:全方煎剂的特征指纹峰基本为各药味特征峰的加和,不同配伍对黄连解毒汤中主要特征峰有不同影响,但未产生明显的新特征峰。结论:本研究为黄连解毒汤的配伍规律及物质基础研究提供了一定参考。
Objective: To study the effect of different compatibility on the fingerprint fingerprint of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and its demolition prescriptions. Methods: The HPLC method was used to analyze the samples of all kinds and different ways. The column was Diamonsil C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with linear gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid as mobile phase. The flow rate : 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1); column temperature: 40 ℃; UV detection wavelength: 260 nm. Results: The characteristic fingerprint peaks of Quanfang decoction were basically the sum of the characteristic peaks of different medicinal herbs. Different combinations had different effects on the major characteristic peaks of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, but no obvious new characteristic peaks were produced. Conclusion: This study provides a reference for the study of the compatibility of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and its material basis.
