Objective To compare the curative effect of minimally invasive drilling drainage and craniotomy on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis of 89 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were divided into minimally invasive drilling group and craniotomy group, 40 cases, 49 cases of craniotomy group. The operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and postoperative ADL were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications in the drilling group were significantly lower than those in the craniotomy group (P <0.01). The prognosis of the drilling group was better than that in the craniotomy group. Conclusion Bore drainage surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has the characteristics of small trauma, rapid recovery and good curative effect, which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
