1病例患者男性,53岁,已婚,中专。因自语、多疑,凭空耳闻人语3个月,加重1周入院。精神检查:神清,定向力存在,存在言语性幻听及关系妄想,思维略显散漫,情感平淡,接触被动,意志力有所减退,社会功能部分受损。既往有高血压病8年,入院前一直服用硝苯地平片20mg,2次/d,血压稳定在正常范围,无心脑血管病及其他特殊病史。个人史、家庭史无特殊。体格检查无异常。诊断:精神分裂症。予盐酸哌罗匹隆,第1～2天8mg/d,第3～4天12mg/d,第5～7天增至

Personal history, family history no special. No abnormal physical examination. Diagnosis: Schizophrenia. To piperacilline hydrochloride, 1 to 2 days 8mg / d, 3 to 4 days 12mg / d, 5 to 7 days increased to
