自从改革开放以来,我国经济进入了高速发展的阶段,故而需要大量的人才。也正是如此,企业想在竞争激烈的市场当中占据一席之地,那就必须选聘人才,引进新鲜血液,促进企业的发展。这样一来,人力资源系统化管理就变得非常重要,也更需要进行战略化设计。
