日前,中共中央政治局就培育发展战略性新兴产业进行第二十九次集体学习。中共中央总书记胡锦涛在主持学习时强调,要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,面向经济社会发展重大需求,处理好市场基础性作用和政府引导推动的关系、整体推进和重点突破的关系、立足当前和着眼长远的关系,发挥企业主体作用,加大政策扶持力度,深化体制机制改革,着力营造良好环境,强化科技成果产业化,推动战略性新兴产业快速健康发展。
