近日,《关于深化国有企业改革的指导意见》(简称“22号文”)出台,这是十八大以来,中央集中各方智慧,在总结过去三十几年经济改革的基础上,坚持理论自信、道路自信、制度自信而提出一个系统化的改革方案。亮点之一:改革坚持中国模式和中国道路。22号文中强调坚持市场经济发展方向不动摇,在这个过程中突出建立在国有资本基础上的现代大公司制度。实现了市场运行的宏观运行机制构造与现代公司为代表的微观运行载体建设的结合。
