实践教学在国外法学教育中得到了高度的重视,而我国的实践教学却面临着种种困境,无法满足社会发展对人才培养的需求,改革现行实践教学模式对人才培养具有十分重要的意义。本文指出在适应新课程改革要求的同时,扬弃传统讲授教学的优缺点,并对在婚姻法教学改革中应处理好的各方面关系进行了分析。 Practical teaching has received a great deal of attention in the legal education abroad. However, the practice teaching in our country is confronted with various difficulties, unable to meet the needs of social development for the cultivation of qualified personnel, and the reform of the current practical teaching mode is of great significance to personnel training. This paper points out that while adapting to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching and learning are discarded, and the various aspects that should be dealt with in the reform of the teaching of marriage law are analyzed.
