Anthony Robin, hailed as the world’s number one potential developer, started as a salesman at the age of 17 to market a variety of small commodities. On that day, Robin came to a small town on the western edge of the United States and entered a tall and big herdsman when he was talking to a grocery store owner in the town. He handed over to the old owner an item purchase list, and said no cash on hand, have to credit first. The old owner looked at the list and asked each other: “Are you going to fence the ranch next spring?” “Of course!” The herdsman answered without hesitation.
