我跟随先师梁俊臣副主任医师临诊10年,先师擅长妇、幼科,尤对小儿疳证的治疗有独特疗效,自拟健脾抑肝汤治疗小儿疳证,均能收效、立竿见影。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般情况:本组55例均为随诊病例,男性32例,女性23例,最大3岁,最小14个月。其中39例为人工喂养,16例为母乳喂养。 1.2 临床表现:精神萎糜不振、毛发稀疏而枯、消瘦、纳谷不振、口渴喜饮、手足心热、烦躁不安、夜间入寝时白睛外露、易惊、大便次数日便3～5次,且量多并夹杂不消化食物残渣,小便短赤、舌质红、少苔或如地图状,指纹青紫或淡紫而滞,均透过风关达气关。
