目的了解河北省托幼机构消毒质量状况,指导托幼机构开展消毒工作。方法采用现场抽样和微生物检验的方法,对河北省不同性质托幼机构消毒质量进行监测。结果 2010-2014年连续5年共监测托幼机构2 664所次(公立1 119所次,私立1 545所次),共采集样本42 384份,消毒质量合格率平均为92.06%;5年的消毒质量合格率依次为86.21%、92.74%、94.01%、93.84%和92.67%,各年度合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=447.78,P<0.05);5年间公立和私立托幼机构的消毒质量监测合格率分别为93.87%和91.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.73,P<0.05),公立托幼机构好于私立托幼机构;儿童活动室空气、卧室空气、工作人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液、餐(饮)具和消毒剂合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=413.25,P<0.05),其中消毒剂合格率最高,为99.02%,物体表面合格率最低,为88.91%,公立托幼机构的儿童活动室空气和餐饮具合格率明显高于私立托幼机构,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论河北省托幼机构卫生消毒质量整体状况良好,但物体表面合格率较低,应进一步加以改善和提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in kindergartens and nurses in Hebei Province and to guide nurseries and nurses to carry out disinfection. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and microbiological tests were used to monitor the disinfection quality of nurseries in Hebei Province. Results A total of 2 664 kindergartens and nurses (1111 public and 1 545 private) were monitored for the five consecutive years from 2010 to 2014. A total of 42 384 samples were collected and the pass rate of disinfection quality averaged 92.06%. The passing rate of children’s activity room air and tableware in public nursery schools was significantly higher than that of private nurseries. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The quality of sanitation and disinfection in kindergartens and nurses in Hebei Province is good overall, but the passing rate of objects is low and should be further improved and improved.
