话语是认知的外化,心智状态与语言使用的深层正式度密切相关,这种相关性为研究阿尔茨海默症患者的语言提供了新的路径。为考察阿尔茨海默症患者话语的深层正式度并准确定位患者的言语交际问题,本文以Talkbank病理语料库中的阿尔茨海默症患者以及同龄健康人120篇图片描述性文本为语料,对阿尔茨海默症患者话语的深层正式度做了相关维度的分析研究。研究发现阿尔茨海默症患者的话语深层正式度较低,具体表现在功能词和实体词的语料文本特征上。
Discourse is the externalization of cognition. The mental state is closely related to the deep formality of language use. This correlation provides a new way to study the language of patients with Alzheimer’s disease. In order to investigate the deep formality of patients with Alzheimer’s disease and to accurately locate the patient’s communicative problems, this paper uses 120 descriptive texts of Alzheimer’s disease patients and healthy people of the same age in the Talkbank pathology corpus as corpus, The depth and formality of discourse in patients with Alzheimer’s disease have been analyzed in relevant dimensions. The study found that patients with Alzheimer’s discourse have a low degree of formality, which is manifested in the corpus text features of functional words and entity words.
