目的:探讨东北山梅花根总皂苷最佳提取工艺,研究东北山梅花根总皂苷抗炎活性。方法:通过L9(34)正交实验设计优选东北山梅花根总皂苷最佳提取工艺;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法研究东北山梅花根总皂苷抗炎活性。结果:东北山梅花根总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇回流提取2次,料液比1∶20,提取时间2 h;东北山梅花根总皂苷具有显著抗炎活性。结论:本实验结果将为东北山梅花根总皂苷的进一步研究提供理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the best extraction technology of Plum saponins in Northeast Mountain and study the anti-inflammatory activity of Plum saponins in Northeast Mountain. Methods: The optimal extraction process of Plum saponins from Northeast Mountain was optimized by orthogonal design of L9 (34). The anti-inflammatory activity of Plum saponins from northeast mountain was studied by xylene-induced ear auricle swelling. Results: The best extraction technology of Plum saponins in Northeast Mountain was 70% ethanol reflux extraction twice, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:20 and the extraction time was 2 h. The total saponins from Plum in Northeast China had significant anti-inflammatory activity. Conclusion: The results of this experiment will provide theoretical basis for the further study of Plum root saponins in Northeast Mountain.
