大鼠现场吸入燃煤烟气后,肺巨噬细胞(AM)与肺组织和支气管周围肺组织内尘负荷,以焦炉顶2、5和10天为最高。AM对尘负荷出现饱和效应。不同暴露现场不同暴露时间AM数变化不明显。
In situ inhalation of coal-fired flue gas in rats, lung macrophages (AM) and lung tissue and bronchial lung tissue within the dust load, with coke oven top 2, 5 and 10 days for the highest. AM saturates the dust load. The number of AM at different exposure time did not change obviously.
