目前,国内大型压缩机振动问题比较普遍,某些机组甚至长期带病运行。产生离心式压缩机异常振动的原因十分复杂,特别是对于一些振动现象极相似的亚异步振动,没有有效的分析工具和手段,有时很难准确诊断其故障产生的原因。本文结合一台DH-80型1×10~4m~3离心式空气压缩机的旋转失速故障,应用重庆大学汽车学院研制的DAS动态信号分析仪与故障诊断系统,特别是该系统中专用于快速升降速分析的离线三维功率谱阵,有效地分析了故障产生的原因,为诊断空气压缩机组的这类故障提供了科学依据。
At present, the vibration problems of large domestic compressors are relatively common, and some units even run sick for a long time. The causes of abnormal vibration of centrifugal compressors are very complicated. Especially for some sub-asynchronous vibration with very similar vibration phenomena, there are no effective analysis tools and means, and it is sometimes difficult to diagnose the cause of the failure accurately. In this paper, a DH-80 1 × 10 ~ 4m ~ 3 centrifugal air compressor rotary stall failure, the application of Chongqing University Automotive Institute developed DAS dynamic signal analyzer and fault diagnosis system, especially in the system dedicated to fast Speed analysis of the offline three-dimensional power spectrum, effectively analyzed the cause of the failure, for the diagnosis of air compressor unit provides a scientific basis for such failures.
