目的:监测分析恩施自治州8个县市7岁~10岁儿童尿碘含量的频数分布特征及其意义。方法:尿碘含量采用尿中碘的过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度测定方法检测。结果:恩施自治州8个县市7岁~10岁儿童尿碘含量均数、中位数分别为352.2μg/L、286.7μg/L,其中大于300μg/L的比率为36.12%。结论:恩施自治州人群碘的营养已经达到了国家标准;但部分儿童尿碘增高现象明显,提示可能有一部分人群为碘摄入过量,值得引起重视。建议调整更为合理的加碘盐碘含量标准。
Objective: To monitor and analyze the frequency distribution characteristics of urinary iodine content in children aged 7 to 10 in 8 counties and cities of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture and its significance. Methods: Urine iodine content was determined by urinary ammonium persulfate digestion-arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results: The urinary iodine content of children aged 7 to 10 years in 8 counties and cities of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture were 352.2μg / L and 286.7μg / L, respectively, and the median of iodine content was 36.12%. Conclusion: The iodine nutrition of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture has reached the national standard. However, the urinary iodine increased obviously in some children, suggesting that some people may have excessive iodine intake and deserve attention. Proposed to adjust more reasonable iodized salt iodine content standards.
