现就沈阳市铁西区卫生局的领导在加强妇幼保健工作中的做法和效果,对卫生行政部门领导如何抓好妇幼保健工作进行探讨。具体做法一、领导重视,摆上日程我们认为,卫生行政部门的领导者必须从指导思想上树立妇幼保健工作是我国卫生事业重要组成部分,是处于和医疗等各项工作同等地位的新观念。基于上述认识,我局于1984年采取了以下措施:
