在检修一台轻型客车的后桥异响故障时,发现主减速器凸缘螺母严重松脱,于是认为找到了故障的原因。在用 250 N·m的拧紧力矩拧紧凸缘螺母,穿好开口销和装复客车后,便把客车交给了驾驶员。但是,当客车行驶的路程接近 40 km时,后桥产生了更大的异响,并且,由于客车行驶无力,所以驾驶员只得停车。在把该车拖来我厂后进行拆检时发现,主减速器主动圆锥齿轮轴的两圆锥滚子轴承因严重烧损而不能转动。在更换两只轴承,并调整好轴承的装配预紧度和主、从动圆锥齿轮啮合印痕后,故障排除。
In the repair of a light bus rear axle abnormal sound failure, the main reducer flange nuts found serious loosening, so I found the cause of the malfunction. After tightening the flange nut with a tightening torque of 250 N · m, wearing the cotter and refitting the passenger car, the passenger car is handed over to the driver. However, when the distance traveled by the passenger car approached 40 km, the rear axle had a bigger abnormal noise, and the driver had to stop because of the inability of the passenger car to travel. After towing the car to our factory for disassembly, it was found that the two tapered roller bearings of the drive bevel gear shaft of the final drive could not be rotated due to serious burning. Replace the two bearings, and adjust the bearing assembly preload and the main, driven bevel gear meshing marks, troubleshooting.
