市场经济是竞争经济。就国企而言，深化改革、转机建制，对于建立质量振兴机制，改进产品质量，增强企业竞争力，有着提供有效制度保证的重要作用。故对国企改革的新举措──债转股，我们应给予科学全面认识，合理加以利用，如此，才能在深化国企改革中，利于严格国企内部质量
Market economy is competitive economy. As far as the state-owned enterprises are concerned, the deepening of reform and establishment of a transitional system play an important role in providing an effective system guarantee for establishing a mechanism for the promotion of quality, improving product quality and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, a new measure for the reform of state-owned enterprises ─ ─ debt-equity swap, we should give a comprehensive understanding of science, and make reasonable use of such, in order to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, to the strict internal quality of state-owned enterprises
