麦夏矿始建于1914年,到1983年回采断层带和冲蚀带附近的煤层,这些煤层灰分很高,使该矿面临严重的煤质问题,为解决这一难题,矿方组织人员对过去旧采区中煤质好的储量做了详细调查,以便找到一些遗留下来可供开采的小块储量,并在可接受的开采成本下将其与高灰分煤混合出售。 调查后发现了几块优质储量,但是用常规的长壁开采系统来回采,其开拓费用太高,经过多方面的研究和讨论,决定采用“长壁独头回采系统”,通过细致的设计和周密的措施,现已成功地用“独头回采系统”采出了好几块残存的优质煤,本文介绍的伍德弗“长壁独头”工作面是其中条件最困难的一个。
The Miaoxia Mine was established in 1914 to recover the coal seams along the fault zone and the erosion zone in 1983. The high ash content of these seams causes the mine to face serious coal quality problems. To solve this problem, In the past, the good quality coal reserves in the old mining areas were investigated in detail in order to find some small reserves left over for mining and to be mixed with high-ash coal for sale at acceptable mining costs. After the investigation, a few high-quality reserves were found out. However, using conventional long-wall mining systems for mining and reclaiming was too expensive for development. After various studies and discussions, it was decided to adopt the “long-wall single-headed recovery system” Careful measures have now succeeded in using the “single-head mining system” to recover several high-quality residual coal. The “longwall solitary” face described in this article is one of the most difficult of them.
