对热轧低合金中厚板窄边内外弧出现的破边缺陷的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:破边缺陷是由于连铸坯角部微裂纹所导致的,铸坯出结晶器后垂直段窄边部表层显微组织对角部微裂纹的产生有重要影响。通过合理控制连铸结晶器出口窄边冷却制度,细化奥氏体晶粒、减少奥氏体晶界处先共析铁素体膜的厚度以及第二相粒子在奥氏体晶界处的偏析,能够消除铸坯角部微裂纹缺陷。随着铸坯角部微裂纹的消除,低合金轧板窄边的破边缺陷将减少。
The influencing factors of the flaw on the inner and outer arcs of the cold rolled low alloy plate are analyzed. The results show that the flaw defects are caused by the corner microcracks in the continuous casting slab, and the microstructure at the narrow side of the vertical section of the slab after the mold has an important effect on the occurrence of micro-cracks at the corners. By reasonably controlling the narrow-edge cooling system at the outlet of the continuous casting mold, austenite grains are refined to reduce the thickness of the pro-eutectoid ferrite film at the austenite grain boundaries and the second phase grains at the austenite grain boundaries Segregation, can eliminate the corner of the cast micro-cracks defects. With the elimination of micro-cracks in the corners of the slab, the flanging defects at the narrow edges of the low-alloy strip will be reduced.
