目的:探讨黄芪对单线态氧的作用。方法:应用兔离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,将心脏随机分成对照组、缺血组和黄芪组(每组5只)。对照组心脏不给予缺血,只给予有氧灌注40min;另两组心脏在常温下(37℃)给予30min缺血和10min再灌注;黄芪组在Thomas液中加入黄芪注射液(5ml/100ml)。实验过程中检测心肌组织中的MDA以及外部-5′-核苷酸酶的活性。结果:黄芪能有效地保护外部-5′-核苷酸酶的活性,使MDA含量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:在缺血心肌再灌注过程中,黄芪可能具有清除单线态氧的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Astragalus mongholicus on singlet oxygen. METHODS: Rabbit isolated myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury model was used. The hearts were randomly divided into control group, ischemic group and Huangqi group (5 rats in each group). In the control group, no ischemia was given to the heart, and only aerobic infusion was performed for 40 min. In the other two groups, the heart was given 30 min ischemia and 10 min reperfusion at room temperature (37° C.); Astragalus membranaceus injection (5 ml/100 ml) was added to the Astragalus group. . The activity of MDA and external 5′-nucleotidase in cardiac muscle tissue was measured during the experiment. Results: Astragalus can effectively protect the activity of external 5′-nucleotidase and significantly reduce MDA content (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: During the reperfusion of ischemic myocardium, Astragalus may have the effect of eliminating singlet oxygen.
