目的按国家标准对广东省11台医用电子直线加速器机房屏蔽防护效果进行评价。方法对加速器机房控制室操作处和机房外30 cm处环境X-γ辐射剂量率进行监测,并与机房辐射剂量率设计值进行比较。结果各加速器机房监测符合国家辐射防护要求。结论定期对加速器机房进行屏蔽防护监测,是确保辐射安全的简单有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the shielding effectiveness of 11 medical electron linear accelerator rooms in Guangdong Province according to the national standards. Methods The dose rate of X-γ radiation at the operating room of the accelerator room control room and outside the engine room at 30 cm was monitored and compared with the design value of the radiation dose rate of the engine room. Results of the accelerator room monitoring in line with national radiation protection requirements. Conclusion Regular shielding monitoring of accelerator room is a simple and effective method to ensure radiation safety.
