“教育公平”问题是当今世界教育的热点问题,其中教育过程公平又是最关键的部分,教师作为教育过程中的一个重要因素,是促进“教育公平”的重要保证。在推进“教育公平”背景下,基础音乐教育对其中扮演重要角色的音乐教师素养提出了新要求,笔者从音乐教师应掌握的教育理念、具备的知识结构、能力几方面对此问题进行了阐述。
The issue of education fairness is a hot issue in today’s world education. Fairness in education is the most crucial part.
