本文研究了不同异源细胞质对普通小麦苗期叶色、长势、生长习性、生育期、生长锥分化进度,以及对春化、光照处理的反应和加速发育的效果。结果表明在同核异质情况下,不同细胞质对上述生育特性具有不同的遗传效应,因而在多方面产生差异。其中的一些效应(如苗期对低温抗性、叶绿素含量和长势的增强以及生长锥分化在某些时期的延长等)对小麦育种和高产载培以及夏播改制研究中具有一定应用价值。
In this paper, the effect of different heterologous cytoplasms on the leaf color, growth, growth habit, growth stage, growth cone differentiation progress, reaction to vernalization and light treatment and the accelerated development of wheat seedling were studied. The results showed that in the case of isonuclear heterogeneity, different cytoplasm have different genetic effects on the above-mentioned fertility characteristics, resulting in differences in many aspects. Some of these effects (such as seedling low temperature resistance, chlorophyll content and growth and growth cone differentiation in some periods of extension, etc.) of wheat breeding and high-yielding and summer sowing the reform of the study has a certain value.
