根据逆流式冷却塔的热力计算模型,综合考虑冷却水量损失,采用焓差法对冷却塔的性能系数进行了计算,结合实验数据对性能系数公式中的相关参数进行了辨识。与忽略冷却水量损失的性能系数计算值进行了对比,并将两种性能系数计算结果应用于冷却塔仿真模型。与实测数据的比较显示,采用本文辨识方法计算的性能系数对应的仿真结果精度更高。
According to the thermodynamic model of the countercurrent cooling tower, taking into account the loss of cooling water, the enthalpy difference method was used to calculate the performance coefficient of the cooling tower. The relevant parameters in the performance coefficient formula were identified with experimental data. Compared with the calculation of the performance coefficient which neglected the loss of cooling water, the calculation results of two kinds of performance coefficient are applied to the cooling tower simulation model. Compared with the measured data, the simulation results corresponding to the performance coefficient calculated by this method are more accurate.
