企业实习与学校学习完全是两个不同层次的学习领域。通过对高职室内装饰专业顶岗实习中,运用现代学徒制进行实习指导的方式、方法以及校企合作下产学研实习模式等方面进行探讨研究;对装饰材料与施工工艺采用项目教学以及现场指导,培养学生的综合应用能力。使学生尽快适应工作岗位,缩短“磨合期”显得尤为重要,在顶岗实习中实施“现代学徒制”将会成为一种趋势。
Corporate internship and school learning are two different levels of learning.
