目的分析应用比索洛尔治疗室性心律失常的效果。方法本次研究对象取自2014年3月—2016年5月来本院就诊治疗的室性心律失常患者,以随机对照平均分组的原则将入选的80例患者分成对照组和观察组,各组均40例,患者入院后均按照常规要求进行治疗,观察组患者在该基础上加用比索洛尔予以进一步的治疗,观察对比两组临床治疗效果。结果通过治疗对照组获得的总有效率达72.5%,观察组获得总有效率达90.0%,2者疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在室性心律失常的临床治疗中应用比索洛尔,可提高治疗效果,有利于患者尽快康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of bisoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods The subjects of this study were from patients with ventricular arrhythmias treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2016. The randomized controlled group was divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of mean grouping. All 40 patients were treated according to the routine requirements after admission. The patients in the observation group were treated with bisoprolol on the basis of further treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 72.5% in the control group and 90.0% in the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of bisoprolol in the clinical treatment of ventricular arrhythmia can improve the therapeutic effect, which is good for the patients to recover as soon as possible.
