师资队伍是高职院校办学第一要素,是促进高职教育改革,提高人才培养质量的先决条件。通过对某省《高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台》中涉及师资队伍数量、结构和培养等指标进行横向和纵向比较分析,发现该省高职院校师资队伍经过几年的建设取得了一定的成效,但在数量、结构和培养方面尚存在着一些问题,由此提出拓宽教师来源渠道、引进优秀教师人才、重视专任教师双师专业培养工作和建立健全校外兼职教师管理制度等对策建议。
