目的:观察运动疗法配合物理疗法治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:2009年1月至2011年9月,采用运动疗法配合超短波疗法、低频脉冲电疗法及蜡疗治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者75例78椎,男33例,女42例。年龄46~83岁,中位数63岁。骨折节段T101例、T1114例、T1233例,L121例、L26例、L33例。病程15~93 d,中位数28 d。治疗4周后观察患者腰部疼痛、腰椎功能改善及腰椎活动度等情况。结果:经过4周的治疗,75例患者腰部疼痛均减轻,腰椎功能均有不同程度改善[(14.45±5.99)分,(21.71±4.98)分,t=-6.583,P=0.000;(23.27±9.32)分,(13.46±8.56)分,t=6.637,P=0.000],腰椎前屈、后伸、左弯、右弯、左旋、右旋活动度均增加(40.61°±29.05°,68.29°±25.36°,t=-5.370,P=0.000;8.93°±7.69°,14.53°±9.44°,t=-5.607,P=0.000;11.83°±10.29°,21.31°±10.65°,t=-5.090,P=0.000;12.15°±10.46°,21.07°±10.85°,t=-4.492,P=0.000;13.50°±11.83°,23.62°±11.72°,t=-3.767,P=0.003;14.00°±12.35°,24.31°±11.40°,t=-3.767,P=0.003)。结论:运动疗法配合超短波疗法、低频脉冲电疗法及蜡疗治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折,可以减轻腰部疼痛、增加腰椎活动度、促进腰椎功能恢复,有助于改善患者生活质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of physical therapy combined with physical therapy in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods: From January 2009 to September 2011, 75 patients with 78 vertebrae, 33 males and 42 females, were treated with exercise therapy combined with ultrashort wave therapy, low frequency pulsed electrotherapy and wax therapy in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Age 46 to 83 years, median 63 years old. Fracture segment T101 cases, T1114 cases, T1233 cases, L121 cases, L26 cases, L33 cases. Duration of 15 ~ 93 d, the median 28 d. After 4 weeks of treatment, patients were observed for lumbar pain, lumbar function improvement and lumbar activity. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, 75 patients had lumbar pain relief and lumbar function improved to some extent [(14.45 ± 5.99), (21.71 ± 4.98), t = -6.583, P = 0.000; (23.27 ± 9.36), (13.46 ± 8.56) points, t = 6.637, P = 0.000]. The activities of lumbar flexion, extension, left bending, right bending, left rotation and right rotation increased (40.61 ° ± 29.05 °, 68.29 ° ± 25.36 °, t = -5.370, P = 0.000; 8.93 ° ± 7.69 °, 14.53 ° ± 9.44 °, t = -5.607, P = 0.000; 11.83 ° ± 10.29 °, 21.31 ° ± 10.65 °, t = -5.090 , P = 0.000; 12.15 ° ± 10.46 °, 21.07 ° ± 10.85 °, t = -4.492, P = 0.000; 13.50 ° ± 11.83 °, 23.62 ° ± 11.72 °, t = -3.767, P = 0.003; 14.00 ° ± 12.35 °, 24.31 ° ± 11.40 °, t = -3.767, P = 0.003). Conclusion: The combination of exercise therapy and ultrashort wave therapy, low frequency pulsed electrotherapy and wax therapy for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can reduce the pain in the lumbar spine, increase the activity of the lumbar spine, promote the recovery of lumbar function and improve the quality of life of patients.
