乌拉地尔(urapidil)是一种抗高血压药,为芳基哌嗪的衍生物。动物实验表明它具有复杂的抗高血压作用机制、α_1-肾上腺素能受体阻滞作用、微弱的β_1-肾上腺素能受体阻滞作用和交感神经中枢抑制作用。人体研究证明它具有外周α_1-受体阻滞作用。在给予乌拉地尔前和开始输注后30min,给6名健康女性志愿受试者静注三种激动剂(苯肾上腺素、血管紧张素和异丙肾上腺素),起始剂量分别为100,0.5和0.5μg/min,均在4min内输注完毕,然后,逐渐增量继续输注。乌拉地尔的输注为,先输注40mg,5min完成,后以18mg/h速度连续输注2
Urapidil is an antihypertensive drug that is a derivative of arylpiperazine. Animal experiments show that it has a complex anti-hypertensive mechanism, α 1 -adrenergic receptor block, weak β 1 -adrenoceptor block and sympathetic nerve center inhibition.
