以紫花地丁、箭叶堇菜和白花堇菜为试材,在0℃下低温处理2、4、6d,测定其叶片的伤害度、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,叶片的伤害度和Pro含量呈现明显的上升趋势,而POD活性先上升后下降,胁迫4d后箭叶堇菜显示出较强的抗寒性,其伤害度最低、POD活性及Pro含量最高,但与紫花地丁无显著差异(P>0.05),而白花堇菜在抗寒性方面明显较弱。
Viola yedoensis, A. violaceum and P. violaceum were treated at low temperature for 2, 4 and 6 days at 0 ℃. The injury degree, peroxidase (POD) activity and proline (Pro ) Content changes. The results showed that with the prolonging of cold stress time, the damage degree and Pro content of leaves increased obviously, while the activity of POD increased first and then decreased. After 4 days of stress, Viola diffusa showed strong cold resistance, The lowest, the highest POD activity and the highest content of Pro, but no significant difference with Viola yedoensis (P> 0.05), but Viola odorata was significantly weaker in cold resistance.
